Poche ore fa i Marvel Studios hanno annunciato tutti i dettagli sulle edizioni home video di The Marvels, il cinecomic con Brie Larson e Iman Vellani, che uscirà in DVD, Blu-Ray e 4K UltraHD a partire dal 13 febbraio.
Il film, che sarà disponibile per l’acquisto digitale (su piattaforme come Prime Video, Apple TV e Vudu) dal 16 gennaio, includerà una lunga lista di contenuti speciali tra cui diversi dietro le quinte, scene tagliate, le papere sul set e un commento audio con la regista e il VFX supervisor.

Nel cast tornano Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel), Teyonah Parris (Monica Rambeau), Iman Vellani (Kalama Khan/Ms. Marvel) e Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), insieme alle new entry Park Seo-Joon (Principe Yan) e Zawe Ashton nel ruolo della villain Dar-Benn.
Questa la sinossi ufficiale:
«Marvel Studios’ The Marvels trova Carol Danvers alias Captain Marvel dopo aver reclamato la sua identità dalla tirannia dei Kree ed ottenuto la sua vendetta contro la Suprema Intelligenza. Ma una serie di circostanze impreviste portano Carol a doversi occupare di un universo destabilizzato. Quando i suoi doveri la portano di fronte ad un buco nero anomalo collegato ad una ribelle Kree, i suoi poteri vengono collegati a quelli della giovane Kamala Khan di Jersey City, conosciuta anche come Ms. Marvel, e a quelli della nipote di Carol, Monica Rambeau, astronauta della S.A.B.E.R.
